4. Bookings and Quotes

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Quotes are estimates only and may change depending on parts availability, labour time, or unforeseen issues with the vehicle.

5. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with invoice terms. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

J23 Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Data leakage disclaimer: Despite reasonable security measures, J23 Cloud does not accept liability for any data leakage resulting from hacker attacks, application bugs, or other incidents. The responsibility for protecting customer data lies with the Mechanic.
